Fence Standards
All fences must have written ACC approval before any fence is installed Owner shall be responsible for making certain that any required and necessary governmental permits are obtained. Owner shall be responsible for making certain that the location of the fence does not encroach onto any other Lot, Common Area, Association or CDD owned property or easements and does not block, obstruct or otherwise impede the designed drainage flow on this or any adjoining Lots.
The only approved fences are 4 foot black aluminum and 6 foot white PVC privacy. Please note that if your lot is on a pond or conservation it must taper to 4 foot in the rear and have a white PVC picket style across the back.
No wood style fences are permitted. The current fencing plan can be found under the official documents tab on this site.
